CANCELLATION POLICY

Brainpercent welcomes you and thanks you for choosing to browse our website at: www.brainpercent.com (the “Website” or the “Site”).

1. Request for cancellation of a subscription will be submitted to the Site by the customer in one of the ways stated at the bottom of this Terms and Conditions.
   1. Cancellation and a refund of Subscription will be allowed at any time. The subscription will be terminated within 3 business days from the date the cancellation notice is received, for a cancellation fee of 100 NIS or 5% of the total service cost (whichever is lower).
   1. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
   1. Refunds and cancellations will be approved after the customer receives a written message of approval from the Site.
   1. The aforesaid above is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
